  • Manages Risk (20%):

Requirements
  • Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • One year of experience in customer-facing roles, such as teller or cash handling, or sales and relationship-building.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • One year or more of experience in branch banking or lending.
    • Proven track record of sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong desire to interact with customers and prospects.
    • Ability to deepen and enhance customer relationships.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
    • Ability to travel to other branches within a geographic region to accommodate temporary staffing needs and fulfill training requirements.
