About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our School Engagement team, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission to promote healthy lifestyles and reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of school engagement, including email campaigns, data management, and event planning.
  • Work closely with school communications coordinators to ensure successful execution of multi-stage communication plans.
  • Provide administrative support to the School Engagement Director, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and data entry.
  • Assist with recruitment and materials mailings, inventory management, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and maintain fundraising materials, presentations, and event collateral.
  • Coordinate logistics for auxiliary events and sponsorship meetings.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related administrative experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
