Donation Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at the 40th Street Store (40th St & Thunderbird). As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in leading an excellent customer and brand experience, promoting sales, and ensuring the efficient processing of donations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Accurately label and process donations, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency in the production room.
- Offer receipts to donors, regardless of donation size, and provide information on proper disposal of hazardous materials.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading furniture or other items, ensuring safe and secure handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Goodwill's standards and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and donations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
