Job Title: Donation Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at the 40th Street Store (40th St & Thunderbird). As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in leading an excellent customer and brand experience, promoting sales, and ensuring the efficient processing of donations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Accurately receive and process donations, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure all donations are properly labeled and stored in the production room or sales floor.
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading furniture or other items to and from vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production room, adhering to PPM (picture process map) standards.
  • Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections on company-owned equipment.
  • Participate in cross-training in other store positions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
