Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at McClintock Store (Southern & McClintock). As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing donations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process donations in a timely and courteous manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers
  • Label and organize donations for sale on the sales floor
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading donations
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including the production room
  • Operate a pallet jack and/or forklift safely and efficiently
  • Conduct daily safety inspections on company-owned equipment
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to pass a forklift certification class
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
