Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process donations in a timely and courteous manner
  • Label and organize donations in the production room or sales floor
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every donor
  • Assist with loading and unloading donations, furniture, or other items to and from vehicles
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with diverse populations
  • Ability to pass a forklift certification class and operate equipment safely
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred
