Account Representative

KGPCo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to assigned customers
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and account information
- Participate in customer calls to provide updates on orders and answer questions
- Perform other duties as requested by Supply Chain Supervisor or Manager
- Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Prior work experience in related office and/or customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish strong rapport with customers and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
