The Customer Service Representative assists customers with all aspects of the order taking process, answers questions about products and processes returns, and works cross functionally across departments to ensure a positive customer experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promptly answer phones and route calls appropriately.
• Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups as needed.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests including processing orders, requests for pricing, product availability, delivery, billing questions, returns and cancellations.
• Perform accurate data entry for product orders, verifying account details, pricing, quantities, ship dates, and routing instructions.
• Follow up with customers on past due invoices to resolve payment balances.
• Handle key programs that require documenting order information, tracking information and delivery dates.
• Serve as a front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and handling in person orders.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, sorting mail and document preparation.
• Gather and analyze data to provide insights on customer accounts.
• Provide support for the company website.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• This position will manage the warehouse and productions teams within the division.
