As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, Gaming and Digital, you will be responsible for providing financial skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to analyze, communicate, and direct the financial performance of IGT's Gaming & Digital business.
- Prepare standard reporting for month-end close, forecasts, and budgets.
- Investigate variances and trends to provide further analysis and insights.
- Assist in preparation for Board meetings and other corporate presentations.
- Coordinate calendar for forecast and other results.
- Support ongoing changes to finance-related processes and ensure adoption through systems and tools.
- Maintain good communication with team members and leadership.
- Support and provide ad hoc analysis and business modeling for corporate project workstreams.
- Assess and improve processes on an ongoing basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5 years or more of job-related experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with general accounting principles and procedures, financial forecasting techniques, compiling and presenting financial analysis.
- Technical competence and willingness to learn new technologies and software applications.
- Motivated self-starter with capacity to manage several priorities.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to various business partners and senior leadership.
- Results-oriented with ability to deliver high-quality work product.
- Experience with business systems and financial reporting software, SAP BPC and Microsoft PowerBI a plus.
- MBA/CPA or other finance-related certification a plus.
