Job Title: Product Manager - Gaming Technology

At Light & Wonder, we're seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our Gaming team. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for assisting the Engage Product Manager with positioning, launch, and introduction of Systems gaming products and related features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support product lifecycle planning and management of each product category, including the development of product roadmaps, business cases, and product launch plans.
  • Market mapping and opportunity discovery, working closely with commercial leads to define opportunities within new and existing customers.
  • Sales enablement support for the marketing team, serving as a subject matter expert for pre-sales.
  • Review and maintain competitive product analysis.
  • Requirement gathering directly from global customers, delivery of software requirements to Engineering teams, support of QA teams through testing phases, and delivery to customers ensuring proper training and handover.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Product Management/Marketing/IT roles.
  • Previous experience in Casino Gaming is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • SQL, XML, JSON experience.
  • IT or Database Marketing Experience supporting Loyalty Marketing Systems.
  • Cross-functional team building and collaboration skills.
  • Business acumen, action-oriented, and strong results-oriented.
  • Excellent planning, organization, project management, and time management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, multi-task, and meet established deadlines.
