Job Summary

The Game Producer role at Light and Wonder, Inc. is a key position in the development of electronic gaming products. As a Game Producer, you will be responsible for providing direction in the development, testing, and release processes for new products or enhancements to existing products. This includes working with creative and technical leadership to determine and support the creative vision, technical structure, and overall product plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track project milestones and deliverables for one or more development teams
  • Maintain tasks in JIRA and other project management software
  • Attend team meetings to stay up to date on project changes, issues, and resolutions
  • Schedule and attend internal game reviews to compile and distribute comments and notes
  • Load games onto slot machines and maintain slot machine hardware
  • Create and maintain reports to capture project status and communicate to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to support interdepartmental tasks, capturing and communicating requirements and status

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of professional project management experience
  • Experience leading teams and managing software development projects a plus
  • Gaming industry experience is preferred, but not required
  • Enjoy working in a creative environment
  • Have strong multi-tasking skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Have strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Have strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Familiarity with JIRA or other project/task management software a plus

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
