Nourishment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Nourishment Specialist to join our team at Smoothie King. As a Nourishment Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our guests achieve their health and fitness goals by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our wide selection of healthy snacks and high-quality nutritional products.

At Smoothie King, we have grown to include over 1,100 units operating in 33 states, the Caymans, Trinidad, and the Republic of Korea. We are a successful company that has been committed to helping people live healthier lives through nutrition for over 40 years.

A successful Nourishment Specialist will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges. They will be able to think outside the box to satisfy our guests and possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a flexible schedule, tips, and employee discount.

Responsibilities of a Nourishment Specialist include:

• Blending delicious tasting smoothies according to customer specifications.
• Ensuring guests' purposes are met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greeting and engaging guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly prepping all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performing opening and/or closing duties.
• Performing store checklist tasks.
• Showing up on time and ready to work.
• Living and promoting the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

Qualifications for a Nourishment Specialist include:

• Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food Service experience preferred but not required.
• Commission Sales experience is helpful.
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy guests.
• Genuine care and understanding for people's needs.
• Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS.
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a 'guest comes first' attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
