Global Channel Management, Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our HR files, ensuring compliance with our retention policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process large volumes of HR files to determine retention or destruction in accordance with our policy.
- Document HR files and complete internal trackers using Excel spreadsheets.
- Organize files for shipping to external vendors for scanning or destruction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Ability to handle large amounts of HR files with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to lift and move boxes containing documents.
Work Environment:
This is a remote work opportunity, requiring a dedicated and self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
