AutoZone Store Manager Trainee

AutoZone is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Manager Trainee to join our team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, including retail/commercial management, supervision, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership and initiative.
- Support the Store Manager in financial management, including managing, analyzing, and reconciling monthly P&L statements.
- Assist with employee staffing, training, and development.
- Help with inventory management and customer service leadership.
- Complete operations and management skills training, and learn about key aspects of the business and AutoZone culture.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of previous experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including morning, night, and weekend shifts, and to work overtime as needed.
- Bilingual preferred, but not required.
- Previous automotive experience preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience analyzing company financials, including Profit and Loss Statement, preferred, but not required.
