Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Product and Operations Executive. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running and continuous improvement of our real estate mobile app.

Key Responsibilities:
  • App Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Operational Issue Identification and Troubleshooting: Proactively address app bugs, crashes, and user complaints.
  • App Publishing and Deployments: Conduct User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders; perform functional tests, prepare UAT script and scheduling testing. Ensure app releases are smooth, and sanity check are performed during deployment. Make submission to the App store.
  • Ticketing Platform and User Communication: Monitor of tickets from helpdesk. Respond to user queries and feedback through various channels.
  • Process Improvements: Make recommendations to optimize workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Product Responsibilities:
  • Product Feature Roadmap Development: Analyse user feedback, market trends, and competitor intelligence to inform product strategy.
  • Product Requirements and Documentation: Work with product managers to refine user stories, create acceptance criteria, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Collaboration with Designers and Developers: Provide feedback on prototypes, test new features, and identify potential issues.
  • User Research and A/B Testing: Design and execute user research studies to understand user needs and preferences, analyse results, and make data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Upto 2 years of experience in an IT application operations and/or product role, ideally within the real estate mobile app industry.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and mobile app user behaviour.
  • Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Figma and Jira.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and user research methodologies is a plus.
