  • Quality and Price Control: Liaise with controllers and contractors on service/repair quality and price of work, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Service/Repair Schedule: Update the service/repair schedule and vehicle collection with customers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Investigation and Resolution: Perform basic investigation into customer complaints and rectify problems by providing recommendations within guidelines.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate pressing issues to Supervisors, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on customers and the business.
  • Own Damage (OD) Vehicle Accident: Handle OD vehicle accident-related matters, including ad-hoc billings and liaison with hirers and vendors for repair of accident vehicles.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
