Key Responsibilities:As a member of our talented team, you will work in a modern, dynamic clinic, delivering comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and various visual and medical conditions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting patient examinations and recommending vision-enhancing solutions.
- Promoting eye health through patient education.
- Managing a high volume of patient exams, including refractive assessments.
- Utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment such as Visual Field, Optos, and OCT.
- Providing coverage at multiple locations as needed.
We are seeking a qualified Optometrist with a strong background in ocular disease management and a keen interest in recommending tailored vision products to meet patient needs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience with MiSight and Ortho-k.
- A proactive approach to staying updated on advancements in the optical field and diagnostic technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position, requiring 32 hours over four days per week. Candidates must hold a valid license to practice in the state.

Job Specifications:Typically, candidates will possess:
- A Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.) and a Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure.
- 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of optometric technologies and practices.
- Strong communication, management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A solid business acumen, self-discipline, and a commitment to outstanding patient service.
- The ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in job performance.
The working environment is generally favorable, with adequate lighting and temperature, free from hazardous or unpleasant conditions.
