Key Responsibilities:
- Feed and care for dogs and cats with specific dietary needs
- Wash and sanitize kennels, bedding, and other equipment
- Walk and exercise dogs, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Monitor and record the behavior and eating habits of each animal
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation of the facility
- Transport pets to and from LAX airport for flights
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Check in and out clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Update records and maintain accurate information
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with animals, preferably in a veterinary clinic, animal boarding facility, or animal shelter
- Valid driver's license with no points to operate company van
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Comfortable working with dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds
