About the Role

Providence is seeking a skilled RN House Supervisor to lead our patient care services in Valdez, Alaska. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct patient care services to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
