Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN House Supervisor to join our team at Providence Valdez Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care services, ensuring the efficient flow of patients, and promoting a culture of excellence and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct patient care services, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient transfer and placement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Alaska Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
