Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RN House Supervisor to lead our patient care team at Providence Valdez Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of patient care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct patient care services to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and other stakeholders to coordinate patient transfers and placements
  • Develop and implement operational plans to improve patient flow and reduce wait times
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote exceptional patient care and satisfaction
  • Make sound decisions and take ownership of operational issues to ensure seamless patient care delivery
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
