Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RN House Supervisor to join our team at Providence Valdez Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care services, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, and promoting patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct patient care services to ensure safe and efficient patient throughput
  • Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and other stakeholders to coordinate patient transfers and placements
  • Make leadership decisions and provide direction on operational issues for hospital departments
  • Work closely with the Administrator on Call to address after-hours issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
