Overview

As a Global Finance Integration Specialist at Equinix, you will play a crucial role in delivering finance projects and system implementations across various regions. With over 260 data centers globally, Equinix is the world's digital infrastructure company.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, Equinix offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

About the Role

This position provides an opportunity to work on finance projects, including integrations, focusing on finance system implementation, enhancements, supports, and maintenance. As a Senior Business Analyst, Global Finance Integration, you will facilitate planning and execution of finance projects and systems, supporting AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Responsibilities
  • Create project plans and coordinate resources to execute them using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Ensure resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  • Work with stakeholders to gain alignment through implementation and post-implementation stages.
  • Communicate team progress and create scope, project charter, and stakeholder analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in Oracle Cloud, with a focus on GL, Accounting Hub, Account Reconciliations, and Fixed Assets.
  • Qualified Accountant with +8 years relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to engineer solutions based on facts and circumstances.
  • Flexible to travel globally.
Job Requirements
  • Develop strategies, plans, and execute finance projects.
  • Analyze business processes and perform gap analysis.
  • Prepare Business Requirements Document (BRD) and review Functional Design Document (FDD).
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
