Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Marriott Hotels & Resorts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage front office functions and staff, ensuring exceptional guest service and high-quality operations.
  • Oversee switchboard operations, guest services, and retail/gift shop functions, as applicable.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, and retail/gift shop functions.
