We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to support our team at Blue Acorn.

Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping customers who are experiencing trouble with their loans.

You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about the loans and services, troubleshooting and resolving loan issues and concerns, and documenting and updating customer records based on interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide clear and concise information about the loans and services offered by Blue Acorn
  • Troubleshoot and resolve loan issues and concerns in a efficient and effective way
  • Document and update customer records accurately and thoroughly
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure, and have a positive and professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate will also have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
