Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Service Associate to join our team at Five County Credit Union. As a Financial Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing transactions, and assisting with new account openings. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with various account requests, resolutions, and inquiries
• Process transactions and new account services in a timely and accurate manner
• Identify and successfully cross-sell products and services that contribute to the financial well-being of members
• Prepare and open new consumer accounts, collect required documents, and onboard new members
• Perform introductory loan functions, including keying loan applications and discussing general rate and term information with members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math and computer skills necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Reliable transportation and attendance are a must
