YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS:

  • Deliver personalized service while addressing guests by name.
  • Resolve service-related issues in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Act as a goodwill ambassador during events and public relations activities.
  • Promote casino events and programs effectively.
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary.
  • Take drink orders, communicate with bartenders, assist in drink preparation, and serve beverages to guests.
  • Collaborate effectively with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, and supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must obtain and maintain valid alcohol serving permits.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
