Project Regulatory Specialist

Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Regulatory Specialist to play a key role in the development and operation of our transmission lines and related facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environmental Stewardship: Prepare comprehensive environmental reports and documentation for transmission and related facilities, staying informed of Rural Utilities Services (RUS), Federal and State agency requirements, and maintaining communication with Federal, State, County and local governmental agencies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit reports in accordance with PUCT Substantive Rules, monitoring various governmental requirements and related rules, and providing expert testimony in CCN cases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or environmental studies with five (5) years of experience in environmental and/or regulatory processes.
