Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your technical expertise to participate in all aspects of our safety and quality plans, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Develop and implement mechanical, electrical, and field construction activities, driving efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review mechanical and electrical options, providing value engineering suggestions and ensuring the best system for each project.
  • Coordinate the mechanical and electrical scopes of work during the bid process, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement sequencing requirements for various systems, providing solutions to meet schedule requirements and drive project success.
  • Review design documents to identify potential quality problems, developing quality control programs and ensuring compliance with contract documents.
  • Perform job inspections to ensure specifications and expectations are met, promoting a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Develop and implement pre-functional checklists and functional testing procedures, verifying contractor performance and ensuring project success.
  • Lead, support, and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn, understanding and implementing our policy of non-discrimination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field (required).
  • 5+ years of construction and/or engineering experience (preferred).

Working Environment:

  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
