About the Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Account Executive to join our Mid-Market Sales organization at Hex Technologies. In this role, you'll be responsible for building new pipeline and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of technical software in the data, DS/ML, or analytics space. They will be able to teach complex technical concepts, understand customer challenges, and position Hex as the solution.

You'll report to our Mid-Market Sales Leader and partner with cross-functional peers to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint. You'll manage a large pipeline of complex opportunities, create accurate forecasts, and provide input to engineering, product management, and marketing teams.

In addition to a competitive total rewards package, including market-benchmarked salary & equity, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible paid time off, you'll enjoy an on-target-earnings (OTE) of $240,000. We estimate the annual salary range for this role to be between $200,000 and $240,000, depending on location and experience.
