Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Systems Implementation

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and management of enterprise systems implementation projects
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify business needs and requirements for the systems
  • Overseeing the configuration, customization, and integration of enterprise systems to align with specific business processes
Jira Project Management

The candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Utilizing Jira as the primary project management tool to plan, track, and report on enterprise systems implementation initiatives
  • Creating and maintaining project boards, workflows, and sprints to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively
  • Collaborating with the implementation team to ensure accurate sprint planning and execution using Jira
Scrum Methodology

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of:

  • The Scrum framework and Agile principles in the enterprise systems implementation process
  • Participating in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Fostering collaboration and communication within the team to promote an agile development
Requirements Gathering and Documentation

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with stakeholders and end-users to gather and prioritize system requirements
  • Creating detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process
Product Development and Road mapping

The candidate will collaborate with the implementation team and key stakeholders to define the product roadmap for enterprise systems and ensure alignment of product development efforts with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Data-Driven Decision Making

The ideal candidate will utilize data and analytics to make informed product decisions and measure the success of implemented systems, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting post-implementation analysis to optimize system performance.

Continuous Improvement

The successful candidate will encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product development team, identifying process bottlenecks and areas for optimization, implementing changes to enhance productivity and system quality.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on enterprise systems implementation
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, their functionalities, and integration within complex business environments
  • Proficiency in Jira for project management and Agile development processes
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum principles and experience implementing them in an enterprise systems context
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Relevant certifications in enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and Scrum are a plus
