Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and federal/state requirements.
  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to staff to ensure Environmental Services and laundry quality standards are met.
  • Conduct weekly building tours with Account Manager to assess work quality and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with building Account Manager, Administrators, and HCSG staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure safety and quality guidelines are met, and follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
  • Specialized training in Housekeeping and Laundry equipment operation is desirable.
  • Must be able to complete regulatory compliance courses and identify issues and implement necessary changes.
