Territory Manager In Training Position

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager In Training to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring multiple Cellular Plus sales teams to drive in-store sales and create a superior guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Inspire Sales Teams: Work with District and Territory Managers to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve guest satisfaction.
- Develop Outstanding Store Managers and Sales Consultants: Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to ensure exceptional performance and smooth operation of your assigned territory.
- Resolve Guest Concerns: Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales teams to help meet and exceed individual sales goals and achieve territory goals.
- Ensure Smooth Operations: Meet staffing needs, make financial and sales reports, audit sales transactions and inventories, implement policies and procedures, and represent Cellular Plus at community events.
- 1+ Year of Sales and Team Management Experience: Proven track record of leading teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to Lead Teams to Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive sales growth and improve guest satisfaction.
- Ability to Train, Coach, and Motivate Teams: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and inspire sales teams.
- Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with District Managers, Territory Managers, and Human Resources.
- Experience Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Work Environment: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
