Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, keeping track of timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, propose solutions, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all project sites.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- High School Diploma required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
