Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
2. Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

4. Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Qualifications:

2. Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word. CMiC Cloud a plus.
3. High School Diploma required. Associates degree or higher preferred.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
6. Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant computer applications.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
8. A positive mindset, with the ability to maintain professionalism and optimism in a challenging environment.
