Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Lead to join our team at UL Solutions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts to support our product stewardship and product sustainability software solutions focused on major retailers in the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Product Marketing strategy for our product compliance and stewardship efforts, including the industry-leading WERCSmart® and PurView® software solutions and respective target audiences.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, sales, and product managers to understand the competitive landscape, business challenges, and drive demand in line with business goals and strategies.
  • Plan and oversee marketing investments, manage budget execution, and analyze results for continuous improvement and delivery of annual pipeline targets.
  • Develop value messaging to support and drive new customer acquisition and retention strategies to deliver business growth goals.
  • Recommend and oversee market research as appropriate to identify new opportunities and ensure proper product targeting.
  • Gather and analyze insights to influence business decisions and shape Product Marketing strategy.
  • Work independently with guidance in only the most complex situations to craft compelling content to drive product awareness and purchase.
  • Work independently and with marketing peers to cross-promote relevant offerings with guidance in only the most complex situations.
  • Partner with sales and seek regular interaction with customers and prospects to foster a continuous feedback loop.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum six years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency.
  • Effective skills and experience in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience.
  • Understanding of critical digital and non-digital B2B channels.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong project planning and management.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong capabilities and experience working with senior leaders.
  • Able to understand technical and scientific issues and to translate complex information for non-scientific audiences.
