Our Client

Our client is a cloud-based software platform and patient engagement technology that automates the collection of patient reported outcomes. They offer procedure-specific education modules to help prepare patients for treatments and proactively monitor their recovery.

The Role

The Product Marketing Manager will be a critical link between our client's marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams. They will be responsible for developing the client's brand and product messaging, working closely with the product team and cross-functionally on go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including downstream marketing elements such as packaging and positioning of client solutions
  • Lead product messaging and positioning, crafting the overall story with product management that is relevant, compelling, and differentiating in the market
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to execute growth campaigns to lift brand awareness and drive demand generation
  • Create and maintain buyer and user personas through market research, leveraging them to create resonant marketing and sales enablement
  • Develop compelling stories through PowerPoint presentations, speaking proposals, customer interviews, and collateral
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify critical differentiators and new opportunities, maintaining up-to-date competitive information for the commercial team
  • Develop and maintain product education and training
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B healthcare or health technology
  • Experience in product branding, messaging, positioning, targeting, and product launches
  • Experience in building go-to-market strategy & outbound marketing
  • Experience marketing SaaS or other subscription-based products
  • A track record of working well with marketing, product management, and sales teams to build cohesive end-to-end go-to-market strategies and campaign plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams
