Job Overview

At Tommy Nobis Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless office operations.

As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing non-personal administrative tasks, including mailroom services, inventory control, and equipment maintenance. You will work closely with the program manager and project contract supervisor to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage mailroom services, including sorting, distributing, and tracking mail
  • Maintain inventory levels and perform periodic stockroom audits
  • Care for and maintain office equipment, including copiers, printers, and telephones
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in an office or mailroom setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
