Compensation & Benefits:
The position provides an annual salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000, paid weekly, contingent on experience and qualifications. Employees will enjoy health insurance, paid time off, and avenues for professional advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring the provision of top-notch landscape maintenance services within set timelines and budgets.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, addressing concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Lead a team of landscape crew members, offering guidance and support to facilitate their success.
- Conduct regular inspections of sites to uphold quality and safety standards.
- Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and work orders for all landscaping initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to guarantee the timely acquisition of materials and equipment.
- Analyze and report on essential performance metrics, proposing improvements as necessary.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance client services.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial landscape management or a related field.
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in computer applications for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Understanding of local and state regulations pertaining to landscaping, safety, and environmental standards.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
