Administrative Assistant for Educational Programs

The Folger Shakespeare Library is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Educational Programs to support the delivery of educational programs and services. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, promoting arts and humanities education.
Key Responsibilities:- Logistics Management: Manage the logistical aspects of education programs, including event planning, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation for education programs, including participant lists, evaluation reports, and budget tracking.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the education team to deliver high-quality programs and services.
About You: We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment. A background in English, Humanities, or Education would be beneficial, but not essential.
What We Offer: Salary of approximately $48,000 per year (based on 35 hours/week), plus an extensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
