We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Spectrum. As a key player in our sales division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce.com
- Demonstrate exceptional selling skills and product knowledge, practicing regularly with other Sales Executives
- Meet and exceed performance standards defined by the department Standards of Performance (SOP) and the Spectrum Way Sales Model
- Attend and participate in sales meetings as established by management
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Working Conditions:
The Senior Business Development Manager works in an office environment and/or outside environment with exposure to inclement weather. Moderate noise levels may be present.
