Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Administrator to join our team at Softrim LLC. As an Inside Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with our existing client base, creating and delivering sales proposals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to become a trusted advisor
- Create and deliver sales proposals for technology solutions using ConnectWise quoting tools
- Provide support for client needs, order and quote administration, and follow-up for client fulfillment
- Schedule appointments with clients to review product and service needs to identify opportunities
- Manage the sales cycle for product and service opportunities within the existing client base
- Maintain and update all assigned accounts and opportunities in the ConnectWise CRM system
- Maintain pipeline and forecast information as well as client contact information and status in the CRM system
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, quotes, and presentations
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, marketing, business to business sales, or management
- 3 years of technology sales experience within IT, Low Voltage systems, or Senior Living
- Experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding assigned goals and quotas
- Strong track record of maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Strong business writing and verbal communications skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid Driver's license
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience operating with minimal supervision while using experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- ConnectWise Manage and Sell experience
- CRM Experience
Full-time, Exempt, Salary. Softrim LLC provides comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability) and 401(k) after an introductory period. Typical business hours are from 8 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. with lunch break, Monday through Friday, excluding company-observed holidays. Limited after-hours work and travel may be required.
