Drive Sales Growth and Deliver Top-Notch Service

As a Route Sales & Service Representative at Crystal Clean, you will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies to expand our business with new and existing customers. You will provide essential services at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup, using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and expanding our business with new and existing customers.
  • Deliver top-notch service by providing essential services at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup, using our state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Ensure safety and efficiency by adhering to all safety guidelines, inspecting your vehicle and equipment, and aligning work orders to minimize travel time.
  • Cultivate relationships by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, pursuing additional services, and generating new business opportunities.
  • Achieve goals by meeting sales quotas and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong communicator with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in operating various equipment, including electronic devices and truck gear.
  • Experienced in route sales, with a Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.
  • Physical requirements include lifting materials weighing up to 80lbs regularly, handling and maneuvering drums of waste/product, and completing a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
