We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PM Server Assistant to assist our servers in providing prompt and courteous service to our guests. As a PM Server Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up stations, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up stations with necessary supplies and equipment
  • Stock and maintain supplies in side stands
  • Clean and prepare coffee machines and coffee
  • Set up tea stations and ensure adequate supplies
  • Restock ice and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Dust and clean tables, including table legs
  • Receive and store rolls in warmers
  • Set up milk and creamer stations
  • Pre-set bread baskets with napkins
  • Pick up linen and store it properly
  • Check off and pick up storeroom supplies
  • Set tables with clean, pressed linen, china, silver, and glassware
  • Set up ashtrays with logo matches
  • Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications
  • Assist servers during meal periods
  • Remove extra settings and maintain a clean environment
  • Pour water and serve rolls and butter as specified
Qualifications:
  • Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to move about the restaurant
  • Ability to handle food, objects, bus trays, plates, glasses, utensils, etc.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
