About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from award through close out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage captured construction contracts, including reviewing contracts, creating project schedules, and managing submittal processes.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, the office, and the field, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
  • Support bidding and estimating efforts by attending pre-bid meetings and job walks, and assisting with take-offs and proposal development.
  • Report project progress and financial health to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • More than 5 years of experience in construction management, including mechanical projects (HVAC and Plumbing).
  • Union experience and knowledge of all phases of construction management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to provide clear direction to team members.
  • Experience with pre-construction, estimating, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Navisworks, ProContractor, and Procore.
  • Knowledge of Sheet Metal and Piping.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • PMP certification.
