Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of warehouse associates
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and recorded
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Perform daily safety inspections and report any incidents or hazards to management
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and report any discrepancies to management
  • Review and analyze daily production reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Serve as a backup to other warehouse roles as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • 6 months of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Licensed forklift operator or ability to obtain a forklift operator license
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
