Clinical Care Specialist

As a Clinical Care Specialist at Swedish Health Services, you will have the opportunity to work under the direction of our experienced Supervisors and Clinic Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality patient care to assigned patients, utilizing your exceptional nursing skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive patient care services, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Active Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or acute care setting.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
