About the Role

The Architectural Project Lead is expected to possess robust technical skills and be proficient in design development, as well as the production of construction documents and details with minimal oversight. A meticulous attention to detail and strong communication abilities are essential. As a small firm engaged in a diverse range of projects, this position offers numerous opportunities for professional growth and varied challenges. We are seeking an Architectural Project Lead who is either local or willing to relocate.

About You:

  • Master's degree in architecture or a related discipline
  • Licensed in Michigan or possess an NCARB Certificate, or the capability to obtain NCARB certification within six months
  • Experience in a reputable architectural firm or construction organization
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and Office 365
  • Strong capability in creating Construction Drawings
  • Experience in 3D renderings, hand rendering, and space planning
  • In-depth knowledge of construction codes
  • Emphasis on commercial design
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Highly creative and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Capability to prepare contracts and comprehend costs
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
