Job Overview

StudioPlus LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our project teams and deliver exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing internal project teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and governing officials to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Manage project finances, including invoicing and budgeting, to ensure profitability and financial stability.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, financial information, and client correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with StudioPlus LLC's policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three to seven years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and techniques, as well as standard operations, policies, and procedures of a firm within the A/E industry.
  • Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients to achieve project objectives.
