General Manager Development Program Leader

Flint Group's General Manager Development Program (GMDP) is a transformative, full-time development program that grooms top talent to lead Flint Group brands as General Managers. The program offers a unique opportunity for accelerated development of the general management skillset, while providing a well-rounded experience, exposure to the business, and an opportunity to refine leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
As a key leader in the GMDP, you will drive value while learning a proven playbook designed to sustain growth, improve customer service, and attract and retain top talent. Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with General Managers to drive revenue growth and margin expansion at Flint brands.
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the effectiveness of sales operations.
Building industry-best culture & engagement, and working closely with brand leadership to build and develop high-performing teams.
Learning and deploying Flint's playbook and management approach, and becoming a subject matter expert on the overall philosophy.
Evaluating and improving training experiences for field employees and office employees, and training and developing others in the organization on the playbook and best practices.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a growth-oriented leader who has robust management experience, strong financial acumen, and displays capacity to learn quickly. Key requirements include:
10+ years relevant work experience, with 5+ years management experience.
Proven success managing/leading in a small-medium sized business environment with rapid growth.
Experienced in a customer-oriented environment, skilled at understanding the customer base, market, challenges & solutions, and track record of building, growing, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Results Oriented - links decisions to overall business objectives, with excellent communication skills, team player, and a self-starter with 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude.
Experience building and managing a high-performing, lean team, and desired competencies including Data Oriented, Team & Organization Leadership, Results Orientation, Tech Savvy, and High EQ.
